Updated April 11, 2018 05:12:07 Australia is on the cusp of a boom, with demand surging for the home insulation market and a shortage of suitable flooring options, with prices soaring from $1,600 to $4,000 per square foot.

But it’s not all doom and gloom, with the Government promising a number of changes to ensure that the supply will remain high enough to support the demand.
The Government’s plan includes measures that will make sure that, once again, people can afford the materials and technology needed to construct a home of their choice.
The Government has introduced legislation to make it easier for builders to access the floorcovering market, and also has set up a program that will allow builders to receive the funding they need to start building homes, rather than having to wait until the first home comes on the market.
Under the new laws, if a builder does not have a license to sell a home, it will need to apply for a building permit, which will entitle it to buy up to 30,000 square feet of floorcover.
This is about the size of a house and is required to be available for purchase by January 1, 2021.
There are still some exemptions, such as for commercial use and where the home is being used as a school, but these will be limited to the new regulations.
“This legislation aims to promote the building of affordable housing, provide more flexibility to new homebuyers, and support the growth of the industry in WA,” the Government said in a statement.
New rules will make it much easier for developers to obtain building permits.
Currently, the building permits are required to include information on the type of home being built, including the size, type of roof and whether it’s in a residential, commercial or industrial development.
The new regulations will make the requirements more in line with what is currently required.
While the Government says that there will be no change to the existing requirements, some developers are not happy.
“The current rules are still pretty strict, they just have to apply to the whole state,” says Stephen Tulloch, who runs Tulls Design and Engineering in the Adelaide suburb of North Adelaide.
Tulloch says he’s been applying for a permit for two years now, and is already planning on building a home on his own property.
He says the current regulations have been in place for a long time, and he’s already seen a number more developers apply.
“I think the whole building permit thing has been going on for years, it’s been a problem for us for a number years now,” he said.
Despite the lack of regulation, Mr Tullos believes the new rules are a step in the right direction.
For example, it means that builders can apply for an application to build a home with a maximum size of one metre, which is the same as the existing regulations, but with one inch more space.
However, the requirement to have a building licence for commercial and industrial purposes will still apply.
It means that some developers, such, Mr Kwan and Tullo, are concerned that it will be difficult for them to build the type and size of homes they want to build.
They also say that the regulations are a good start, but they’re worried that there is still too much regulation for them.
Mr Kwan says he has a small office, and that there are plenty of people working in the industry who are interested in building houses.
“[But] we have no clue about what the market will do with that,” he says.
With the supply still so low, and with a lot of homes not being built at all, Mr Simeon says the Government needs to be doing more to encourage investment in homes.
As a result, the Government has put a number out there for potential homebuyer support, including an online form, which can be used to request help with financing or the purchase of a home.
And it is also looking to encourage new homebuilders to invest and to increase the number of homes built.
What are the key changes?
The changes are intended to encourage more homebuilders and builders to come to WA and build.
A new “state-of-the-art” homebuilder training program will be rolled out over the next few months, and the Government is also proposing a new program to encourage the growth and creation of more affordable homes.
