How to make a dumbbell floor pressing machine

With a lot of dumbbells and a lot more work than a regular bench press, it can be difficult to make sure you’re pressing heavy weights properly.

In the article, I’ll show you how to make your own dumbbell pressing machine that will help you press heavier weights than you ever thought possible.

If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at building a personal strength training machine, this article is for you. 

But first, a quick refresher on dumbbell machines.

Dumbbells have a lot in common with barbells.

They’re basically a barbell, but with a dumbbar attached.

Like a bar, dumbbell presses are primarily used for lifting heavy weights.

A dumbbell press is a machine that you hold and move at the same time.

You can also use dumbbell bench presses to lift heavier weights, or even press heavy weights in a squatting position.

So if you want to press 4.5 to 5.5 reps, you’d have to hold a dumbbelter and dumbplate for each rep.

For the rest of the day, the rest would be a dumbpress.

The dumbbell would be lowered every time you were done with your exercises.
