A new article published by Axios reveals that the city’s dance floor rentals are among the most affordable in the nation.
This is particularly true in the suburbs, which has the highest rents per square foot in the country, at $8 per square feet.
The rental market in Seattle is particularly attractive for bands and clubs, which typically sell out much earlier than in more expensive markets.
In fact, this is a good thing for venues and performers.
It allows for an extra income stream and helps the business survive.
It also helps artists, too, as it helps them make ends meet.
The article reveals that Seattle has the most expensive floor rental market by a long shot, which is an interesting statement for the city.
It may be a small price to pay for being one of the most walkable cities in the US.
That’s why the article goes on to list the top five floor rental markets in the city by area.
It’s worth noting that the area below the capital city of Seattle is much more affordable.
That includes areas in the Puget Sound, Lake Washington, and the South Lake Union region.
The rental market is the most inexpensive in the entire country, with Seattle coming in at No. 5.
The most expensive market is also one of Seattle’s largest, and that’s on the South Side of the city in the Seattle Central neighborhood.
There are more affordable areas in other parts of the state, but the list of most expensive markets shows that the cost per square inch is a bit higher in other places in the state.
Seattle has the second most affordable floor rental price in the United States, behind San Francisco.
The average price per square yard for a Seattle floor rental is $2,500, which beats the median house price of $1,300.
That might seem like a small amount to the average person, but it’s actually a large chunk of the cost of renting a floor in Seattle.
